What if I can’t locate my electronic gift card?

Please check your inbox for an e-mail for your electronic gift card from ‘no-reply@toasttab.com’. Sometimes the email will go to a spam folder accidentally. If you still cannot find your card, please e-mail info@heirloomvb.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Where to redeem my Heirloom gift card?

All virtual and physical Heirloom gift cards are only redeemable at Heirloom Restaurant in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Do Heirloom gift cards expire?

Gift cards do not expire, however if unused after 5 years, the gift card will need to be re-issued. Please reach out to info@heirloomvb.com if your gift card is about to reach 5 years with zero activity.
